Rooted in child-led, play-based approaches, we're here to support every little one's journey to grow, explore, and thrive. Let's build strong foundations through joy and connection.
Breana Salandra is a passionate pediatric occupational therapist who is dedicated to helping children grow, learn, and thrive through play. She earned her degree in occupational therapy from Nova Southeastern University and is certified in DIRFloortime®—a developmental, relationship-based approach that supports emotional connection and meaningful engagement.
Breana takes a child-led, play-based approach to therapy, meeting each child where they are and building on their strengths to support their development. She believes that therapy should be fun, individualized, and rooted in strong relationships, creating a safe and supportive space for kids to flourish.
Outside of work, Breana enjoys reading, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, trying out different workout classes, and spending quality time with friends and family.
We understand that finding the right support for your child can feel overwhelming. That’s why we offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to help you determine if pediatric occupational therapy is the right fit for your family.
During this call, we’ll take the time to learn more about your child’s strengths and challenges, answer any questions you may have, and explain how our services can help support your child’s development. Whether you're just beginning to explore therapy or looking for a new provider, we're here to listen and guide you with care and compassion.
No pressure, no obligation—just a supportive conversation to help you take the next step with confidence.
After the assessment, we provide a detailed written report with individualized recommendations and, if needed, a therapy plan to support your child’s growth and independence.
We’re here to help you understand your child and feel confident about the next steps.
Following the evaluation, we create a personalized therapy plan tailored to your child’s unique needs, goals, and interests. Sessions are play-based and designed to support growth in areas such as motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and independence.
We work closely with families to ensure progress carries over into daily life—because meaningful change happens when therapy feels like fun and fits into your child’s world.
